August Bank Holiday Shenanigans 2020

We are happy to confirm the return of our annual August Bank Holiday Shenanigans, which according to you just keeps getting better every year.  We’d like to invite you to join us for a friendly family weekend full of fun, good music and fabulous people!

There’ll be plenty of fine food and local beer available alongside a host of activities for young and old alike; including games, workshops & campfire stories – with marshmallows of course  Things to do:

Friday

  • Meet and Greet
  • Storytelling by the fire
  • Music in the evening

Saturday & Sunday Workshops

  • Wooden toy making with Gabi
  • Pottery
  • Learn all about Hemp at the Hemp Redemption Stage

Tickets and booking

On Saturday for the first time ever we will be doing day tickets these do not include camping and will be £10 a ticket and day will start at midday for workshops etc and music will kick off at 7pm. Day tickets can be purchased on arrival or on our website.

RJS Catering – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They also do an amazing roast dinner which you need to book upon arrival.

A few things on how we will manage this weekend:
– Social distancing will still be applied we just have some bands making music on the campsite.
– Camping pitches is still within social distancing.
– Workshops will be within social distancing.
– Our bar is one in one out.
– Toilets are only 5 in at any one time and within social distancing.
– There is hand sanitizer everywhere.
– Handwashing facilities around.
– Caterers are applying social distancing etiquette
– Any participation will be completely your choice and at your own risk, you can participate in workshops, listen to the bands at a safe distance or stay within your pitch which is within the social distancing measures required.
– We also have the option for you to rent your own Porter loo if you wish.
-We are supporting musicians that have been very hard hit through out this whole thing and providing a space where they can express their creativity in a safe way.
– We also ask people to take away their own waist to stop cross-contamination.
– No one night bookings are allowed to prevent again the spread of any virus.
– We also have cleaners on site from 7am till 11pm constantly sanitizing the site.
