£15 for weekend ‘Bring your Dog’ upgrade.
Something Different Revised Dog Policy
We need to consider all our guests here, not everyone has had good experiences with dogs and they can make some people uncomfortable.
– Barking dogs can be really unpleasant for people who are trying to sleep within the camping areas.
-Dogs can be a pain in the butt when they gather in numbers.
Dog poop everywhere is a health and safety nightmare and not pleasant for anyone.
-Dogs themselves can have bad experiences around lots of strangers in a new environment, their welfare is as important to us as any other guest.
-Although the site is fenced in and the perimeter monitored, we cannot be responsible for your dog wondering out onto roads or getting lost wandering off site. We are neighbours to a working farm with livestock, an equestrian centre and there is the local wildlife to consider.
-You will need to buy a dog pass upgrade if you are bringing your pooch. Your dog must wear a collar while on site. You will be given a tag on arrival to attach to the dog collar. We will put your name and contact details on that tag so we can contact you if there is an issue involving your dog.
-We will have a separate camping area for dog owners. You will only be able to camp or park in the specified dog friendly camping or live in vehicle areas onsite.
-Dogs will not be allowed in the main event field or stage areas.
-We don’t really like dogs on leads but if you can’t keep your dog under control and in the dog friendly areas provided then we advise putting the dog on a lead.
-We will provide a dog walking route on site, poop scoops and poop disposing points. We ask you to please clean up after your animal.
-By purchasing a dog pass upgrade you except responsibility for your animal’s behaviour while on site and any damage caused by your dog. There are a limited amount of dog pass upgrades due to space restrictions.
